Refund Request Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must submit the following within 72 hours of delivery:
Clear photos showing:
The damaged or incorrect product
Original packaging and shipping box
Shipping label with tracking information visible
A detailed written description of the issue
Order number
Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

Customers will be notified via email of approval or denial
